For every new start there must be an end to something. In my case that was the decission to leave my well-regulated life with a run-of-the-mill office job to look for something greater, something more adventurous. To say it with the words of Dolly Parton: "If you don't like the road you're walking, start paving another one". And that's exactly what I did: I applied at a big tour operator for a job as travel guide last year and after 8 hours of assessment center and the longest 10 days of my life they kept me waiting for their decision, I finally got the call that I got the job I was hoping for. And since I dont know where they will send me yet, the new title of my blog "Anyplace, anywhere, anytime" seemed more than suitable. This is a completely new start, turning my hobby of travelling into my new job. I will be living the "summer, sand and sunshine"-dream for the next 6 months of my life and no matter where they'll send me, I will make the best out of it and enjoy living at a beautiful costal resort. Working where others go for their vacations - isn't that the dream?
