While being in Valencia, I have to also try out what the Valencian cuisine has to offer. So a stop in a typical "Horchateria" was a must for me. I had to have a Horchata with Fartons. First I thought that the taste of this chufa milk was a bit peculiar but then I actually fell in love with it and I will definitely have many more while being here.
Another speciality of the Region is of course Paella. As I found out recently, there are not just many kinds of the typical Rice Paella (with chicken, vegetables, fish and seafood) but there is also a Noodle Paella. Luckily for me there was a Paella Party tonight so I was able to try out a very delicious Seafood Paella.
