Belek, baby...

Starting the adventure with my eyes barely open, I made it to the cab on time after some excessive use of my alarm's snooze button between 4:00 and 4:30 a.m. It might not have been helpful to go out till 2 a.m. as well as adjourning some important errands such as going to the ATM for cab money, bringing down the trash or finishing packing for when I returned home in the middle of the night. But I did enjoy my last few days in Vienna very much and wouldn't wanna miss a single second of it.

Sitting at the airport once again, I couldn't help but recall all those previous adventures that have all started at this very point. And going to Turkey meant yet another start into a new chapter of my life.

As the 10-days-workshop is almost over, it feels like it's time to take stock of all the things that have happened so far. With a mix of many hours in class, workshops and presentations we have been busy morning till evening. Occasional visits of the tentative sun, the amazing food selection, some Turkish coffee and all the other hotel details such as the green scenery on the way from one building to the other and the cute turtles beautify our stay her in Belek. The Spa facilities contribute their part to our inner balance and I am very thankful for the possibilty of using the indoor pool and the steam room after a long day in the seminar room.

Apart from a trip to Aspendos and Side, we haven't left the hotel complex yet. But as long as you have nice people by ur side, you will get through everything if you are tuned to the same wavelength. Together we have had ups and downs, sleepless nights and countless funny talks - so that in the end, the clouds of doubt have disappeared for good.

Now the only question left is the burning issue of where they will send us for our first season. This well-kept secret will be disclosed tomorrow and till then we are all bursting with curiosity.....
