A lovely week with Susi

Susi and Thomas were my first visitors on Crete and I really enjoyed my time with them. It felt a little more like being here on vacation when we went on road trips and spent our evenings and my lunch breaks together. Also I tried out new things like the Fish Spa that I always wanted to go to. 

Our first evening we spent in a nice little taverna up in the mountains where you can see the beautiful sunset above Rethymnon. 

As I had two days off we could go on two road trips: one going to the south through Armani, Spili, Festos, Matala and Agia Galini.

And the second one to the east to Agios Nikolaos. Actually we also planned to go to Spinalonga from there but as we slept way too long and moved way too slowly in Agios Nikolaos, there was no time to go up further north.

But I spent a lovely week with them and already miss their company!!!!!
