On the trail of El Greco - or two reps getting lost

When we decided to visit the El Greco Museum in Fodele for our day off, we had no idea how long it would take to find it. But after 3 hours of driving around the area, we finally managed to find it !!! :)

With the guidbook in my hands, we searched for other nice places nearby and found this nice little taverna directly at the sea that offered a big variety of seafood but also snails. 

Since snails are a traditional greek dish, I thought to at least try it once but to be honest I only managed to eat one. The taste was actually quite good as the thyme sauce was quite dominant. But I couldn't get past the slimy texture. 

What I liked most about this taverna was the incredible view and after some relaxing hours with a thrilling book on the beach, we finally also visited Agia Pelagia for some nice walk, some shopping and drinks.
